We participated in the "Particle growth in turbulence" workshop by NORDITA (Nordic Institute of Theoretical Physics). We summarized our understanding of the problem of inertial particles crossing stratified interfaces, including turbulent ones. It's a short overview talk that combines the work of Lilly Verso, Marco Boetti, Liron Simon, and our colleagues and partners.
