New paper from the joint MEMS flow sensor project

We are thrilled to announce the publication of Dr. Ivan Litvinov and Dan Refaeli's first academic journal paper from our lab "Effect of overheat and direct flow loading on the MEMS bistable flow sensor" in Sensors and Actuators A: Physical. This is an incredible achievement for both Ivan and Dan - especially for Dan, as this marks his first academic paper ever. The paper is a great opening piece for Dr. Ivan Litvinov, from our joint research with Prof. Slava Krylov and his team at the MEMS laboratory. We extend our congratulations to everyone involved in this project.

The paper discusses the MEMS flow sensor based on a bistable microbeam, which was originally designed by Dr. Yoav Kessler, one of our alumni, during his M.Sc. and Ph.D. degrees. This work will undoubtedly extend our existing understanding of the sensor and the research behind it. We encourage you to read more about this exciting development by visiting the URL provided.

If you do not have access to the paper, please do not hesitate to contact us. We are always happy to share our research with others who are interested in exploring this topic further.
