Our laboratory, together with the Microsystems Design and Characterization Laboratory of Prof. Slava Krylov works on a new line of MEMS flow sensors. Our graduate students, Yoav Kessler, and Ben Torteman have created recently a couple of models and devices that enable the futher study of the new concepts.
